Refund policy

If a return is approved for a refund, the refund will generally be initiated after the returned product has been received and inspected, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

• Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account details or another supported refund method.

• Refund timeline: We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank or payment provider.

Any legally required refund will be handled within the applicable statutory timeline.
